A Contract Zoning Project at 24 Sanford Road; Tax Map 13 Lot 32 p/o has been submitted by Alfred Crossing, LLC (Sean Kirby, Applicant).  The applicant proposes to re-establish principal commercial uses on part of the property utilizing the existing former Roux Cabinet building, in addition to constructing additional structures as permitted. The applicant is also proposing to develop two 15-unit residential apartment buildings on the westerly end of the lot. Apartment units would be strictly rented exclusively to 50+ community.
